REFUND POLICY

1. This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store.

2. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned for a refund for custom items or special orders.

3. Under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee you can return unwanted goods. Items should be unused, in a saleable condition, with their original packaging and with all component parts and any promotional items received.

The cost of return shipping will be paid by the buyer.

4. Where goods are faulty or wrongly supplied contact us to organise your return, not living up to your expectations or not being as good as a more expensive alternative is not  a fault of the product. 

5. Where you would like to return a physical product you have purchased, please contact us to let us know that you will be returning the item. 

6. Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment, within 14 days.

7. If you haven't received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.

8. If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).

9. If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.

10. Items sold at sale prices are sale only and can only be returned by prior agreement and outward shipping is not refunded.

11. Orders cancelled without good reason, after packaging and booking are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless faulty.

12. Some items susceptible to use and return will be shipped sealed and will need to be returned sealed, items shipped sealed in clear 'inspection' bags will require to be inspected and returned unopened to qualify for return unless agreed by the seller.

13. The business is not registered for vat and is a b2c company. Your confirmation amails are the paperwork, no printed dispatch note is included with the order.

14. If your postcode is one where Parcelforce charges a surcharge it may be necessary to cancel the order and issue a refund, if the excess is very large.

15. The phone number is only used by the delivery driver if they can't find you, if you don't give it and the parcel is delayed this may be the reason.

16. Refunds are issued within 28 days and are usually issued immediately.
