M35 drill bits are  strong, heat-resistant drill bits made from a special type of steel that contains  cobalt, They’re built to last longer and stay sharp even when drilling through hard metals like stainless steel, titanium, or cast iron. These bits are perfect long-lasting drill bits for tough jobs. 

They’re much tougher than regular drill bits M35 cobalt steel, is much harder and more heat-resistant. This means they won’t wear out quickly or overheat, even when used for long periods.

Alloying Elements in M35 Cobalt Steel

M35 cobalt steel is a type of high-speed steel (HSS) with added cobalt for extra strength. Its key alloying elements include:

-Carbon (C)– Provides hardness and strength.

-Chromium (Cr) – Improves wear resistance and toughness.

Molybdenum (Mo) – Enhances strength and resistance to high temperatures.
